- Represent Cheval Blanc to B2B partners and act as an ambassador.
- Ensure optimal visibility in key markets and identify new opportunities in strategic markets like the USA and Latin America.
- Develop the Leisure Group segment, manage leads and RFPs, and exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate in-house group management with catering and accommodation.
- Develop and implement commercial action plans for priority segments.
- Conduct market studies, benchmarks, and reports to inform commercial strategy and budget objectives.
- Propose and oversee new programs and strategies while evaluating current initiatives.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports for management.
- Participate in commercial presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Ensure smooth communication with various departments for operational coherence.
- Anticipate and resolve client issues while promoting satisfaction.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of marketing tools.
- Participate in internal and external events organized by the sales department.
- Engage in training related to responsibilities to develop skills.
- Organize regular team meetings to discuss key activities and foster collaboration.
- Significant experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality, focusing on Leisure, groups, and events segments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with demanding partners and guests.
- Flexibility and availability for frequent international travel.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information to improve practices or develop new approaches.
- Ability to analyze the market to anticipate business needs.
- Developed general, gastronomic, and tourism culture.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with creativity for innovative solutions.
- Proactive and able to manage stress and priorities.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in computer tools (Word/Excel/Internet) and hotel software (Opera).
- Ability to manage conflicts/complaints.
Minimum 3 years in a similar role in luxury hospitality.
