Responsibilities
- Actively participate in sales planning and management to optimize accommodation revenue and achieve profitability goals.
- Manage relationships with B2B partners as a Cheval Blanc Ambassador.
- Ensure visibility in key markets and identify new prospects.
- Oversee commercial activities for groups, leisure, and dining/banquets to maximize revenue.
- Develop the Leisure group segment by following leads and RFPs to meet or exceed targets.
- Define and participate in the commercial action plan.
- Conduct studies, reports, and benchmarks to contribute to the commercial action plan and budget outlines.
- Prepare monthly reporting summaries.
- Develop new programs and strategies, and evaluate existing ones.
- Participate in commercial presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Communicate effectively with other departments.
- Meet daily with the team to discuss key activities.
- Anticipate and resolve client issues, implementing proactive processes to promote customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to marketing tool development and ensure alignment with company policy.
- Participate in department events and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of luxury establishment standards and procedures.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information to improve practices or develop new approaches.
- Market analysis skills to anticipate business needs.
- Developed general, gastronomic, and tourism culture.

- Proficiency in English (written and oral) and excellent general linguistic skills.
