- Manage relationships with B2B partners as a true Cheval Blanc Ambassador.
- Ensure the Maison's visibility in key markets and identify new prospects.
- Oversee commercial activities related to groups, leisure, and dining/banquets to maximize revenue.
- Develop the Leisure group segment by following up on leads and RFPs, achieving or exceeding set objectives.
- Define and participate in the commercial action plan.
- Conduct studies, reports, and benchmarks to contribute to the commercial action plan and budget outlines.
- Prepare monthly reporting summaries.
- Develop new programs and strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Actively participate in commercial presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Communicate effectively with other departments.
- Meet daily with the team to discuss key activities.
- Anticipate and resolve client issues, implementing proactive processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of marketing tools and ensure existing materials align with the Maison's policy.
- Participate in departmental events and relevant training sessions.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and procedures.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information to improve practices or develop new approaches.
- Capability to analyze the market to anticipate business needs.
- Developed general, gastronomic, and tourism culture.
- Proficiency in English (written and oral) and excellent overall linguistic skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Mastery of sales techniques.

- Proficiency in computer tools (Word/Excel/Internet) and hotel software (Opera).

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
