1. Customize and enhance the Cheval Blanc experience in guest rooms throughout their stay.
2. Manage the floral arrangements in assigned apartments.
3. Provide wardrobe installation and luggage packing services.
4. Handle guest shoe care and valet services, including laundry and sewing requests, coordinating with the Laundry service.
5. Refresh and monitor VIP F&B welcome amenities during the stay.
6. Ensure the room's optimal condition and functionality through regular checks and coordination with other services.
7. Coordinate and follow up on guest requests in collaboration with hotel services.
8. Promote hotel offerings, including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
9. Anticipate guest needs and provide informed, sincere assistance and advice.
10. Facilitate in-room dining orders and assist with service for VIP guests.
11. Collect guest preferences for the CARDEX system.
12. Supervise and support the Butler service team, including conducting briefings and training new Butlers.
13. Assist the Butler Service Manager with task execution and schedule adherence.
14. Maintain high standards of service quality and guest confidentiality.
15. Ensure guest safety and comfort, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
16. Address and resolve guest complaints in line with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel environment is required.
