- Customize and enhance the Cheval Blanc experience in guest rooms throughout their stay.
- Manage the floral arrangements in assigned apartments.
- Provide wardrobe installation and luggage packing services.
- Handle guest shoe care and valet services, including laundry and sewing requests, coordinating with the Laundry service.
- Refresh and monitor VIP F&B welcome amenities during the stay.
- Ensure the room's optimal condition and functionality through regular checks and coordination with other services.
- Coordinate and follow up on guest requests in collaboration with hotel services.
- Promote hotel offerings, including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide informed, sincere assistance and advice.
- Facilitate in-room dining orders and assist with service for VIP guests.
- Collect guest preferences for the CARDEX system.
- Supervise and support the Butler service team, including conducting briefings and training new Butlers.
- Assist the Butler Service Manager with task execution and schedule adherence.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and guest confidentiality.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Address and resolve guest complaints in line with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Hotel experience required
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel environment is required.
