- Personalize and enhance guest room experiences with the Cheval Blanc signature touch.
- Manage floral arrangements and wardrobe services for assigned apartments.
- Oversee shoe care and valet services, including guest laundry and tailoring requests.
- Refresh VIP food and beverage amenities throughout the guest stay.
- Ensure room conditions are impeccable, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Coordinate guest requests and provide comprehensive follow-up.
- Advise and organize guest stays in collaboration with hotel services.
- Promote hotel amenities including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer sincere, targeted assistance.
- Facilitate in-room dining orders and assist with service for VIP guests.
- Supervise and support the Butler team, conducting briefings and training new staff.
- Maintain internal communication and ensure the accurate transmission of guest information.
- Uphold Cheval Blanc service protocols and promote signature experiences.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort, addressing any complaints with appropriate solutions.
- Hotel experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficiency in a third language is advantageous

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required.
