- Manage and update the B2B database, including Salesforce, Virtuoso, consortia, and dashboards.
- Support the Global Director of Sales in developing the strategic sales plan.
- Define requirements for WeChat and social media initiatives.
- Monitor customer feedback and experiences.
- Participate in client meetings and site inspections.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with other Maisons.
- Assist in tracking sales budget expenses and orders with the Junior Sales Manager.
- Organize trade and fair travel arrangements, including ticket and visa reservations, ordering and dispatching promotional items, managing schedules, and prospecting trade events.
- Participate in the revision of marketing and sales materials, such as factsheets and visual selections.
- Conduct competitor market analysis.
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a hospitality or business school program, or equivalent university education.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and a passionate character.
- Familiarity with PMS Opera and/or SynXis is a plus.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Final year student in hospitality or business school, or equivalent university program.
Internship must be part of a formal educational program.
