- Greet guests at the point of sale with elegance and courtesy.
- Master the commercial pitch of products and services to contribute to the revenue growth of Café Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton.
- Ensure the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the sales area.
- Remain available, welcoming, and responsive to guest requests.
- Apply Cheval Blanc Paris and Café Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton's service and sales techniques.
- Advise guests to ensure their complete satisfaction throughout the service using appropriate vocabulary and product knowledge.
- Present products in accordance with established standards: presentation, packaging, and delivery of purchases.
- Handle order taking, follow payment procedures, and verify billing.
- Contribute to guest loyalty and maximize additional sales.
- Participate in inventory and restocking of the sales area, demonstrating reactivity and proactivity to maintain high service quality.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving guests or colleagues to management.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
