- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management from a reputable institution.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and office equipment; multimedia software skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and hospitality markets.
- Confidence in presentation and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
