- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and inspection of the designated service area.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Carte Blanche menu, including equipment, beverages, and dish preparation.
- Act as a substitute for the order taker when necessary.
- Advise guests to ensure their complete satisfaction and contribute to the revenue optimization of the service area.
- Participate in or manage order taking, transmission, and service of food and beverages according to hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure the alignment of prepared dishes with guest orders while maintaining restaurant quality standards.
- Clear and reset trays efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments in accordance with hotel and service area procedures.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.
- Perform cleaning tasks following hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Ensure optimal minibar stocking according to hotel procedures.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Assist in linen management, including setup, renewal, and supply.
- Contribute to wine cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication and information sharing within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in room service or a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in managing and supervising a team.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

The position includes accommodation with minimal rent contribution, meals provided during work hours, a 41-hour work week with two consecutive days off, and a uniform that is provided and maintained daily. Employees gain access to hotel retail outlets at preferential rates after three months of service.
