- Oversee the efficient operation of the Carte Blanche and Butler services, ensuring adherence to established hotel procedures and LQA service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Train team members in Cheval Blanc service standards and ensure seamless communication with the F&B Manager regarding guest information.
- Develop and implement service procedures, organize staff schedules, and participate in daily service activities.
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm welcome and meeting client expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings to effectively promote the chef's cuisine and enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure the setup and maintenance of service areas, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and equipment care.
- Adapt to various service needs, from breakfast to gourmet dinner services.
- Report any service issues to superiors promptly.
- CAP/BEP/BAC Technologique or BTS in hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second foreign language is ideal.
- Experience in a luxury establishment is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Empathy and the ability to anticipate and propose solutions.
- Attention to detail, organization, and precision.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and team spirit.
- Desire to advance in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury setting.
CAP/BEP/BAC Technologique or BTS in hospitality or related field.
