1. Actively participate in the room service operations, including setting up trays, preparing orders, and maintaining work areas.
2. Develop a deep understanding of personalized hospitality and attentive service.
3. Anticipate and respond to the needs of a discerning clientele with discretion and efficiency.
4. Engage in daily briefings, internal training sessions, and events to enhance service delivery.
5. Contribute to the overall Food & Beverage operations within a luxury establishment.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
2. First experience (internship or position) in a similar setting.

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards.
2. Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
3. Passion for gastronomy.
4. Strong attention to detail and precision.
5. Excellent service orientation and listening skills.
6. Effective interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Entry-level experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining, including internships.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
