- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and quality control of the designated service area.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the equipment, beverages, and dishes offered in the Carte Blanche service.
- Act as a substitute for the order taker when necessary.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Participate in or manage order taking, transmission, and service of food and beverages in accordance with hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of dishes prepared by the kitchen align with guest orders.
- Manage the clearing and resetting of trays.
- Present bills and process payments following hotel procedures.
- Promote hotel services and products, including those of other Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel standards.
- Supervise assigned personnel.
- Ensure optimal minibar stocking according to hotel procedures.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Contribute to cellar management.
- Facilitate information flow and ensure effective internal communication within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS)
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environments
- Strong understanding of gastronomy

- Excellent customer service and hospitality acumen

A minimum of 3 years of significant service experience in a comparable luxury establishment is required.
Advanced degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS)
