- Ensure seamless service from breakfast to dinner, creating moments of pleasure and sharing.
- Assist the Chefs de Rang in setting up and maintaining the cleanliness and supply of the service area.
- Oversee the quality and execution of service according to LQA standards.
- Facilitate communication between service points and various service locations (restaurant, bar, room, villa).
- Deliver a unique service experience, inviting guests to escape with each interaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
