1. Ensure the smooth operation of room service from breakfast to dinner.
2. Assist Chefs de Rang in setting up and maintaining the cleanliness and supply of service areas.
3. Ensure quality and service standards are met according to LQA standards.
4. Coordinate between various service areas including the restaurant, bar, rooms, and villas.
5. Create a memorable dining experience for guests with attention to detail and hospitality.
