- Ensure the optimal condition of the restaurant at all times.
- Welcome, guide, and seat guests within the restaurant.
- Oversee the service process from guest arrival to departure, ensuring adherence to hotel procedures.
- Present the menu and beverages, advising guests and taking orders.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Enhance performance indicators and promote hotel services.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and pastry teams.
- Lead briefings and assess team knowledge.
- Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Train, coordinate, and organize the team.
- Manage and raise awareness of operational cost management within the team.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Oversee linen management and wine cellar operations.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (e.g., BTS).
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants.
- Strong culinary culture.
- Exceptional interpersonal and representational skills.
- Outstanding customer service and hospitality acumen.
- Proficient verbal and written communication.
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury establishment.
Advanced degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
