- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
- Support operations across various restaurant service points to enhance operational experience and knowledge of offerings.
- Clean and set up the service area according to hotel procedures.
- Participate in food and beverage service.
- Prepare hot beverages, juices, and assorted breakfast items.
- Clear and clean during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
- Ensure optimal supply of the service area.
- Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
- Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
- Create internal reporting documents.
- Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
- Strong gastronomic culture.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Team spirit.
- Desire to advance in hospitality and restaurant professions.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
