- Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Uphold HACCP hygiene standards, preparing and organizing the service area according to the Maison's procedures.
- Manage inventory and ensure seamless service operations.
- Actively participate in serving food and beverages, supporting the Chef de Rang, and maintaining Cheval Blanc's presentation standards.
- Responsible for clearing and cleaning during service, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and service equipment.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding to ensure harmonious service.
- Act as an Ambassador, contributing to a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure, and promote the hotel's dining venues and events.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
- Prior experience in a similar role, either through internships or previous positions.
- Significant service experience in a high-end establishment.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is appreciated.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar high-standard establishment.
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
