1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Uphold HACCP hygiene standards, preparing and organizing the service area according to the Maison's procedures.
3. Manage inventory and ensure seamless service operations.
4. Actively participate in serving food and beverages, supporting the Chef de Rang, and maintaining Cheval Blanc's presentation standards.
5. Responsible for clearing and cleaning during service, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and service equipment.
6. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding to ensure harmonious service.
7. Act as an Ambassador, contributing to a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure, and promote the hotel's dining venues and events.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
2. Prior experience in a similar role, either through internships or previous positions.

1. Significant service experience in a high-end establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is appreciated.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar high-standard establishment.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
