- Process and record all guest reservation requests.
- Conduct sales via telephone, fax, mail, internet, or GDS.
- Ensure reliability and quality of reservations, contributing to guest loyalty.
- Provide tailored responses to guest needs, leveraging hotel services and practicing upselling.
- Maintain high-quality telephone reception, adhering to hotel standards.
- Establish excellent client relationships and ensure satisfaction by anticipating and personalizing services.
- Manage administrative follow-up of reservations, including billing and deposits.
- Collaborate with reception services to manage hotel switchboard and generic email inquiries.
- Inform guests and redirect calls and emails to appropriate services when necessary.
- Ensure effective information dissemination within the team and across hotel services.
- Coordinate room reservation-related service requests with relevant departments and confirm arrangements to clients.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety or accident risks to management.
- Bac+2 in hospitality management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- General cultural knowledge, especially of Paris and its region.
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Empathy and adaptability.
- Team spirit.
Experience in a similar establishment required (reception, sales, or reservations).
Bac+2 in hospitality management or equivalent.
