- Handle reservations via phone, fax, and email professionally, adhering to LQA standards and internal procedures.
- Sell the Cheval Blanc product at optimal pricing and availability.
- Maximize room and villa occupancy.
- Update reservations in the Opera reservation system.
- Understand and explain various rates and room categories offered.
- Optimize reservations and activities as directed by superiors.
- Maintain and develop excellent client relationships.
- Complete client arrival documents accurately and timely.
- Perform cross-selling and up-selling as directed by superiors.
- Communicate effectively with other departments.
- Participate in service meetings to enhance technical knowledge.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the property, its outlets, the region, and other LVMH properties.
- Ensure effective intra and inter-departmental communication and coordination regarding guest reservations.
- Address client complaints, ensuring proper follow-up and corrective actions with relevant departments.
- Conduct site inspections with tour operators and travel agents as needed.
- Actively participate in service-related events.
- Attend job-related training and meetings as necessary.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and work condition standards within the hotel.
- Maintain high grooming standards as per 'CB living' norms.
- Report any issues affecting service quality to superiors or management.
