1. Process and record all guest reservation requests following established procedures.
2. Conduct sales via telephone, mail, internet, or GDS.
3. Optimize room occupancy based on hotel capacity and period, adhering to the hotel's commercial policy.
4. Ensure the reliability and quality of reservations, including confirmations and data entry, contributing to guest loyalty.
5. Provide tailored responses to guest needs, considering available hotel services and practicing upselling.
6. Maintain high-quality telephone reception and adhere to hotel standards.
7. Establish excellent client relationships, anticipating and personalizing responses to all requests.
8. Handle administrative follow-up for reservations, including billing and deposits.
9. Prepare and transmit activity statistics.
10. Manage the hotel's switchboard in collaboration with reception services and handle emails received via the hotel's generic address.
11. Inform guests and redirect calls and emails to the appropriate services as necessary.
12. Ensure effective communication within the team and with other hotel services.
13. Coordinate additional service requests related to room reservations, such as transfers, flowers, or restaurant bookings, and confirm arrangements with clients using the appropriate communication methods.
14. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety or accident risks to management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
2. In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
3. Strong general culture and tourism knowledge, particularly of Paris and its region.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar establishment, preferably in reception, sales, or reservations.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
