- Process and record all guest reservation requests following established procedures.
- Conduct sales via telephone, mail, internet, or GDS.
- Optimize room occupancy based on hotel capacity and period, adhering to the hotel's commercial policy.
- Ensure the reliability and quality of reservations, including confirmations and data entry, contributing to guest loyalty.
- Provide tailored responses to guest needs, considering available hotel services and practicing upselling.
- Maintain high-quality telephone reception and adhere to hotel standards.
- Establish excellent client relationships, anticipating and personalizing responses to all requests.
- Handle administrative follow-up for reservations, including billing and deposits.
- Prepare and transmit activity statistics.
- Manage the hotel's switchboard in collaboration with reception services and handle emails received via the hotel's generic address.
- Inform guests and redirect calls and emails to the appropriate services as necessary.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with other hotel services.
- Coordinate additional service requests related to room reservations, such as transfers, flowers, or restaurant bookings, and confirm arrangements with clients using the appropriate communication methods.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety or accident risks to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong general culture and tourism knowledge, particularly of Paris and its region.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong potential for representation.
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Empathy and adaptability.
- Desire to learn and progress.
- Team spirit.
- Proven sales and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar establishment, preferably in reception, sales, or reservations.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
