Cheval Blanc Reservation Agent Apprentice

- Process and record all guest reservation requests.
- Conduct sales through telephone, fax, mail, internet, or GDS.
- Ensure the reliability and quality of reservations, including confirmations and data entry, to foster guest loyalty.
- Provide tailored responses to guest needs, utilizing hotel services and practicing upselling.
- Deliver high-quality telephone service, adhering to hotel standards.
- Establish excellent client relationships and anticipate personalized service needs.
- Manage administrative follow-up of reservations, including billing and deposits.
- Handle hotel switchboard operations and generic email communications outside of business hours.
- Inform guests and redirect calls and emails to appropriate departments.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with other hotel departments.
- Coordinate additional service requests related to room reservations with relevant departments and confirm arrangements with clients.
- Report any unusual situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- General cultural awareness and tourist knowledge, particularly of Paris and its region.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and synthesizing capabilities.

- Proven sales and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in a third language is advantageous (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese).
Experience in a similar establishment is required, particularly in reception, sales, or reservations.
