Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly top line revenue goals.
- Proactively sell the hotel through relevant events, meetings, and tools.
- Contribute as a key sales referent to the pricing/yield process.
- Participate in the budgeting process for top line revenue and sales expenses.
- Evaluate potential business opportunities for B2B and B2C markets.
- Plan, organize, and participate in various sales events and meetings.
- Build strong relationships and loyalty with top producing clients.
- Analyze regional market trends to define sales strategy by country and destination.
- Effectively use all available systems for information input, reporting, and data extraction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fully functional computer skills including experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and key sales tools
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
