- Achieve monthly top-line revenue goals.
- Proactively sell the hotel through relevant events, meetings, and tools tailored to both B2B and B2C markets.
- Contribute as a key sales referent to the pricing and yield process, with the ability to challenge existing strategies.
- Participate in the budgeting process for top-line revenue, including group and Food & Beverage mix, as well as sales expenses.
- Evaluate potential business opportunities across B2B and B2C markets and channels.
- Plan, organize, and participate in various sales events and meetings, defining the best business tools for prospecting new business.
- Build strong relationships and loyalty with top-producing clients.
- Analyze regional market trends to define sales strategies by country and destination.
- Utilize all available systems to their maximum capacity for information input, reporting, and data extraction.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and key sales tools.
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external customer relationships.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and a self-starter.
A minimum of five years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or related industry, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-profile client relationships.
Basic salary commensurate with experience, plus a performance-based bonus.
