- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring impeccable reception and a luxurious, personalized experience.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring smooth organization and adherence to guest schedules and requirements.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments such as housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain the order, cleanliness, and organization of the reception area, reflecting the establishment's excellence and prestige.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
