- Provide exceptional welcome and assistance to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting the services of the property.
- Adhere to and implement Cheval Blanc's etiquette in interactions with guests and ambassadors.
- Learn and apply the quality standards set by Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez.
- Present and sell various services offered by the property, including the restaurant, bar, spa, and experiences.
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures accurately, ensuring the reliability of collected information.
- Prepare for guest arrivals and verify billing for departures.
- Anticipate guest needs, offering sincere and targeted advice and assistance in collaboration with relevant services.
- Support the accommodation department heads in executing and tracking assigned tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
