2. Adhere to and apply Cheval Blanc's etiquette in guest interactions.
3. Learn and implement the quality standards established by Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez.
4. Present and sell various services offered within the hotel, such as the restaurant, bar, spa, and experiences.
5. Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and reliably.
6. Prepare arrivals and verify billing for departures.
7. Anticipate guest needs, provide information, and offer sincere and targeted assistance in collaboration with relevant services.
8. Support accommodation department heads in executing and following up on assigned tasks.
