- Greet, guide, and seat guests at the Café Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton.
- Present the menu and beverages in the absence of the Maître d'Hôtel.
- Support the service team before, during, and after service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote the café's offerings and events, as well as services across Cheval Blanc properties.
- Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate with support services via email or phone.
- Ensure effective communication of information to the Café Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton team and coordinate guest requests with reception services.
- Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials such as menus and flyers.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

Previous experience in reception or dining service is required.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
The position offers a stimulating work environment, a 13th-month salary after one year, 50% reimbursement of health insurance, access to LVMH private sales after six months, extensive internal training, social worker support, secure bicycle and scooter parking, corporate Uber account for late-night commutes, 90% transportation reimbursement, provided and laundered uniforms, and meals at the employee restaurant.
