- Manage guest reservations via phone, internet, and at sales points.
- Welcome, guide, and seat guests at sales points.
- Maintain cloakroom services.
- Present the menu and beverages in the absence of the Maître d'Hôtel.
- Support sales point staff before, during, and after service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Promote hotel services and products, including Cheval Blanc properties.
- Facilitate effective communication among Cheval Blanc Paris teams and coordinate guest requests with reception services.
- Participate in the creation and distribution of sales point documents (e.g., menus, flyers).
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.
- BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred dining environments.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of Sevenrooms software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Availability, flexibility, and responsiveness.
- Ability to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and take initiative.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment is required.
BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
