- Welcome and attend to guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Advise and organize guest stays upon request, promoting all hotel services including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
- Anticipate guest needs, providing sincere and tailored assistance in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure the quality of services provided meets guest expectations.
- Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
- Escort guests to their accommodations and conduct hotel tours.
- Perform guest wake-up calls.
- Execute check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
- Manage billing and payments, and reconcile cash drawers.
- Maintain and archive guest files daily.
- Assist with reservations and follow-up, especially during reservation service closures.
- Coordinate delivery of newspapers, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
- Answer phone calls courteously, following Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service and with other hotel departments.
- Manage hotel switchboard in collaboration with the Reservations department.
- Oversee safe deposit box management.
- Assist with luggage and vehicle flow management, adhering to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Report any unusual situations regarding guest or colleague safety to management.
- Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- General cultural knowledge and familiarity with Paris and its region.
