- Assist the Head of Reception in organizing the pre-opening phase, including drafting procedures and implementing tasks.
- Support the accommodation service managers in tracking the completion of assigned missions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and service requests promptly and efficiently.
