1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for pastry products.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and preparation of pastries and desserts.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel standards and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of workspaces and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the reception of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Contribute to waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to superiors.

1. BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.

Previous experience as a Pastry Commis or significant internships in pastry within a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant.

BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
