- Implement and adapt management tools for newly opening properties.
- Support Department Directors and General Management in creating processes, tools, and associated analyses.
- Develop guest-facing documents related to the customer journey, such as client correspondence, waivers, nature guides, activity portfolios, and room directories.
- Participate in the configuration and reporting of operational tools like Seven Rooms, Concierge Organizer, Opera, and Knowcross.
- Engage in various projects related to the customer experience, including sourcing Operating Supplies & Equipment, renovation projects, and innovations in the customer journey.
- Monitor, analyze, and periodically report on quality KPIs, including mystery visit reports by external audit Leading Quality Assurance, NPS, and Guest Satisfaction.
- Ensure the follow-up and enhancement of the customer experience portfolio.
- Provide occasional support in responding to customer comments (e-reputation and surveys).
- Master's degree student specializing in hotel management or equivalent university program.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level expected) and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables).
- Previous experience in Accommodation departments (Front Office, Guest Relations) is highly appreciated.
- Meticulousness, analytical mindset, strong writing skills, autonomy, and proactivity.
