Cheval Blanc Night Room Service Supervisor

- Oversee the setup, organization, and maintenance of the assigned service area.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Carte Blanche menu, including equipment, beverages, and dish preparation.
- Serve as a substitute for the order taker when necessary.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Participate in or manage order taking, transmission, and service delivery according to hotel and restaurant standards.
- Ensure alignment between kitchen-prepared dishes and guest orders, maintaining restaurant quality standards.
- Handle clearing and resetting of service trays.
- Present bills and process payments following hotel procedures.
- Promote hotel services and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel protocols.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Ensure optimal minibar stocking in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service team.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any unusual situations related to safety or potential accidents to management.
- Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS)
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Strong understanding of gastronomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a third language is advantageous (e.g., Arabic, Russian)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar high-end establishment.
Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS)
