Cheval Blanc Night Room Service Supervisor

- Set up, organize, and oversee the designated area of the room service.
- Possess thorough knowledge of equipment, beverages, and dishes on the Carte Blanche menu.
- Replace the order taker in their absence.
- Advise guests to ensure their satisfaction and contribute to the revenue optimization of the service point.
- Participate in or ensure order taking, transmission, and service of dishes and beverages according to hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure the prepared dishes match the order while maintaining restaurant quality standards.
- Clear and reset trays.
- Present the bill and process payments according to hotel procedures.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Ensure optimal minibar stocking according to hotel procedures.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen (setup, renewal, supply).
- Manage the wine cellar.
- Ensure effective internal communication within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety or accident risks to management.
- Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS)
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
- Strong gastronomic knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills, courtesy, and tact
- Empathy, anticipation, and proactivity
- Attention to detail, precision, organization
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability
- Team spirit
- Desire to advance in hospitality and restaurant professions
- Significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment
- Sales and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a third language appreciated (e.g., Arabic, Russian)
