- Maintain a peaceful and serene atmosphere during the night at the establishment.
- Ensure calm and security by conducting regular patrols.
- Manage the Front Office operations, including reception, concierge, and switchboard duties.
- Perform administrative tasks in coordination with the daytime reception team, such as preparing next-day schedules, updating cardex, and closing Opera.
- Handle guest complaints and make decisions in emergency situations.
- Operate autonomously with a high level of proficiency in English and knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and procedures.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
