- Ensure the safety and security of guests during nighttime hours.
- Oversee and validate daily financial transactions and perform the day's closure.
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and address inquiries throughout the night.
- Respond discreetly and efficiently to guests' specific needs.
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures for late arrivals and departures.
- Maintain a tranquil and comfortable environment for guests overnight.
- Communicate essential information to the daytime team to ensure service continuity.
- Collaborate with other departments such as dining and housekeeping to fulfill nocturnal guest requests.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
