5. Handle check-in and check-out formalities for late arrivals or departures.
6. Ensure guest tranquility and comfort throughout the night.
7. Communicate essential information to the day team to ensure service continuity.
8. Collaborate with other departments (restaurant, housekeeping) to meet specific night guest requests.
