- Assist the Marketing and Communication department in maintaining the brand image of Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Coordinator and the Marketing & Communication Manager.
- Organize press visits, including drafting programs, preparing welcome gifts, and greeting notes.
- Maintain relationships with press agencies to disseminate current news.
- Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, and internal event follow-ups.
- Conduct competitive analysis within the press.
- Ensure brand identity and positioning across all printed and digital materials.
- Update all communication materials, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Prepare regular activity reports, including social media analytics and post-activation reviews.
- Manage and create content for the website and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze reviews on rating sites such as TripAdvisor, Google, Facebook, and Yelp.
- Report any unusual situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing/Communication.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality and fine dining sectors.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong writing skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high potential for representational duties.
- Customer service orientation with a keen sense of hospitality.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Creativity and aesthetic sensibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operational and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, including email management, blogs, websites, and social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is desirable.
- Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Marketing/Communication.
