- Ensure the optimal condition of the dining venue at all times.
- Oversee all reservations prior to service.
- Welcome, guide, and seat guests in the dining area.
- Monitor the cloakroom operations.

- Present the menu and beverages, taking orders while providing expert recommendations.

- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and pastry teams.

- Train, coordinate, and organize team activities.
- Educate the team on cost management.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Oversee linen management, including setup, renewal, and supply.
- Manage the wine cellar operations.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.

- Communicate client-related information and instructions to the team.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.
- BAC PRO or BTS in hospitality or related field.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred gastronomy.
