- Oversee the maintenance of guest linens and staff uniforms, ensuring adherence to the Maison's standards and procedures.
- Implement and enforce quality standards within the laundry service.
- Maintain the Cheval Blanc Paris image by ensuring staff uniforms comply with the Maison's elegance codes.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with external laundry service providers.
- Monitor and respond to guest requests and preferences throughout their stay.
- Supervise and support the laundry team in daily operations.
- Participate in the cleaning and ironing of hotel and guest linens internally.
- Anticipate and manage linen needs based on occupancy rates and service requirements.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and achieve targeted results.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring team adherence to maintenance procedures.
- Report any defects or damages to the Governance Service Manager.
- Manage service costs and develop strategies to increase laundry revenue.
- Propose new products/services to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize work schedules for the laundry team.
- Welcome, train, and integrate new team members.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal management procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication of guest-related information within the team.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Higher education in Hospitality Management
