- Oversee the maintenance of guest linens and staff uniforms, ensuring adherence to the Maison's standards and procedures.
- Implement and enforce quality standards within the laundry service.
- Uphold the Cheval Blanc Paris image by ensuring staff uniforms conform to the Maison's elegance codes.
- Manage and develop relationships with external laundry service providers.
- Monitor guest requests and preferences throughout their stay.
- Supervise and support the laundry team in their daily tasks.
- Participate in the cleaning and ironing of hotel and guest linens internally.
- Anticipate and manage linen needs according to occupancy rates and departmental requirements.
- Ensure successful inventory processes and achieve targeted results.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring team compliance with management and maintenance procedures.
- Report defects and damages to the Governance Service Manager.
- Manage service-related costs and implement revenue-enhancing strategies.
- Propose enhancements to products/services to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize work schedules for the service team.
- Welcome, train, and integrate new team members.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal management procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication of guest-related information to all teams.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality Management
