1. Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes and kitchen operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
2. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks such as peeling, cutting, and washing, and manage the receipt of goods.
3. Participate in the creation and elaboration of dishes, following instructions and applying learned techniques.
4. Responsible for the setup and distribution of dishes, ensuring meticulous presentation and adherence to plating guidelines.
5. Maintain cleanliness and order of the premises and equipment, adhering to H.A.C.C.P. standards and Maison procedures, including waste sorting and disposal.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
