Cheval Blanc Kitchen Assistant
Cheval Blanc St-Barth, part of the esteemed Cheval Blanc collection since 2014, is renowned for its idyllic location on Flamands Beach in Saint Barthélemy. - Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes and kitchen operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Perform preliminary product preparation tasks such as peeling, cutting, and washing, and manage the receipt of goods.
- Participate in the creation and elaboration of dishes, following instructions and applying learned techniques.
- Responsible for the setup and distribution of dishes, ensuring meticulous presentation and adherence to plating guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the premises and equipment, adhering to H.A.C.C.P. standards and Maison procedures, including waste sorting and disposal.
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments
- First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment
- Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards
- Mastery of culinary techniques
- Passion for gastronomy
- Attention to precision and detail
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability
- Strong team spirit
