- Ensure the team delivers the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Oversee cooking and preparation processes in accordance with hotel technical sheets and procedures.
- Contribute to the creation of menus and dishes for the Point of Sale.
- Monitor cleanliness of equipment and premises, ensuring compliance with HACCP protocols.
- Uphold and enforce hygiene and safety regulations and hotel procedures.
- Apply and uphold quality standards.
- Manage stock and supply for the Banquets service in collaboration with the Economat department.
- Supervise and evaluate team performance in collaboration with the Chef de Point de Vente and Sous-Chef.
- Assist in the onboarding, training, and integration of new team members.
- Ensure effective communication of client-related information across teams.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Cuisine

A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in a similar role, such as First Sous-Chef or Chef de Point de Vente in a comparable luxury establishment.
BEP/CAP Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine
