1. Provide luggage service, client deliveries, and guest merchandise handling with care and precision.
2. Maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area and alcove.
3. Ensure the proper functioning of the electric vehicle charging station and the condition of flags in front of the hotel.
4. Set up the back office with cleaning products and towels.
5. Assist at the concierge desk and manage phone calls in the absence of a concierge.
6. Distribute mail to various service departments.
7. Handle guest luggage upon arrival, departure, and during room changes.
