Cheval Blanc Intern Concierge Assistant

- Provide meticulous luggage service and manage guest deliveries and merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area and alcove.
- Oversee the operation of the electric vehicle charging station and the condition of flags displayed at the property.
- Prepare the back office with necessary supplies such as cleaning products and towels.
- Assist at the concierge desk in the absence of the Concierge and manage the telephone switchboard.
- Distribute mail to various service departments.
- Handle guests' luggage upon arrival, departure, and during room changes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
