- Analyze various HR indicators such as turnover and absenteeism, and draft HR processes.
- Coordinate events organized for the Ambassadors.
- Ensure effective communication with Ambassadors through various channels, including internal newsletters and service meetings.
- Collaborate with the Quality Director to ensure staff adhere to work tools and uniform standards.
- Maintain high grooming standards according to the Maison's criteria.
- Assist the HR Director in candidate selection, interviews, and administrative hiring procedures.
- Support the HR Director in preparing and conducting meetings with staff representatives.
- Monitor the condition of staff accommodations.
