- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update personnel files.
- Prepare various reports including turnover and personnel lists.
- Conduct entry and exit inventories.
- Facilitate employee activities and events.
- Manage the company's Facebook page and internal media communications.
- Organize and oversee events.
- Propose initiatives to enhance team cohesion.
