- Ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources department.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Maison's corporate strategy.
- Propose and organize training sessions based on the needs of Ambassadors and their respective services.
- Identify potential issues related to Ambassadors and suggest solutions and action plans.
- Analyze various indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and satisfaction.
- Ensure Ambassadors are familiar with and adhere to the Maison's procedures.
- Distribute and regularly update job descriptions for all positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure the safety of Ambassadors.
- Ensure individual career plans are respected and properly conducted.
- Coordinate staff events.
- Oversee the allocation of annual bonuses according to pre-established contracts and agreements.
- Facilitate communication with Ambassadors through various means such as internal newsletters, Ambassador tables, and service meetings.
- Proven ability to lead by example and encourage decision-making based on Cheval Blanc St-Barth's values.
- Proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese considered an asset.
- Previous experience or internship in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and HCR conventions.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Discretion and practical mindset.
- Adaptability and organizational skills.
- Team spirit.
Entry-level experience, ideally with a previous internship in Human Resources.
