- Collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure effective talent management.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with the HR Director.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Define and update job profiles in collaboration with department heads.
- Manage candidate sourcing through various channels, including direct approaches and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate recruitment events and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
- Conduct selection interviews for all positions, including managerial and non-managerial roles.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of applications until the hiring decision is made.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new employees.
- Implement talent retention strategies, focusing on employee experience and development.
- Participate in the creation and deployment of the annual training plan.
- Facilitate internal training sessions, particularly in onboarding and recruitment.
- Manage internal mobility and promotion policies, ensuring succession planning.
- Monitor and report on recruitment and training activities, adhering to budget constraints.
- Train teams on recruitment and training tools and processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or talent management.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment and talent management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Competence in training and development initiatives.
