- Collaborate closely with the HR Director to ensure effective talent management.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, direct approaches, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Develop and implement onboarding and integration programs for new employees.
- Coordinate recruitment events and manage school relations for talent acquisition.
- Conduct selection interviews for all positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage the administrative follow-up of applications through to decision making.
- Implement talent retention strategies and oversee employee experience initiatives.
- Participate in the development and deployment of the annual training plan.
- Monitor and report on recruitment and training activities, ensuring budget adherence.
- Adapt and relay LVMH Hotel Management's employer branding initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and development.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment and talent development.
