- Collaborate closely with the HR Director to ensure effective talent management.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including talent acquisition strategies and candidate experience.
- Define and update job profiles in collaboration with department heads.
- Manage candidate sourcing through various channels and partnerships.
- Organize recruitment events and manage relationships with recruitment partners.
- Conduct selection interviews and manage the administrative follow-up of candidates.
- Implement onboarding and integration programs for new hires.
- Ensure the deployment of the annual training plan and conduct internal training sessions.
- Supervise the HR Development team and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
- Monitor payroll budget and provide regular staffing reports.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management (BAC +4/5).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational supervision.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Discretion and practical problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and team spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operational supervision within a similar role.
Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management (BAC +4/5).
