1. Collaborate closely with the HR Director to manage talent effectively.
2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development activities.
3. Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
4. Ensure a positive candidate experience.
5. Manage recruitment sourcing and partnerships.
6. Conduct selection interviews and manage administrative follow-up.
7. Implement onboarding and integration programs.
8. Oversee annual performance evaluations and career interviews.
9. Develop and deploy the annual training plan.
10. Supervise internal training sessions.
11. Manage internal mobility and promotion policies.
12. Monitor recruitment and training budgets.
13. Supervise the HR Development team.

1. Higher education degree (BAC +4/5) in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management
