1. Coordinate and execute HR activities in alignment with the brand's luxury service standards.
2. Facilitate recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
3. Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
4. Oversee training and development programs to enhance staff performance and engagement.
5. Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS software efficiently.
6. Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and policy development.

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel/resort.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
4. Fluency in English.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort setting.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
