- Coordinate recruitment event logistics and participate as needed, including job fairs and dedicated recruitment days.
- Manage the hiring process, including job offers, administrative onboarding, and integration programs.
- Monitor probationary periods and conduct exit interviews.
- Disseminate social media content according to the defined schedule.
- Collaborate closely with department heads.
- Oversee administrative personnel management, including temporary and intern staff, ensuring compliance with hotel procedures.
- Ensure all employees comply with legal and work permit requirements.
- Interface with social organizations and contribute to the development of social dashboards and mandatory annual reports.
- Ensure employees have necessary work materials, such as uniforms and passes.
- Participate in disciplinary case management.
- Engage in talent retention initiatives and coordinate ambassador training programs.
- Facilitate HR communication and ensure group standards are upheld.
- Propose and oversee team events.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or Management.
- Significant experience in a generalist or specialized HR role.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end dining is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in HR fundamentals, including recruitment, personnel administration, and training.
- Knowledge of labor law and legal obligations.
- Proficiency in HR tools and office software (HRIS, Excel, HR software).
- Fluent in French (oral and written) with professional proficiency in English preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and team collaboration.
- Recognized for discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or Management.
