1. Participate in the administrative management of personnel including creating and updating employee records, contracts, and mandatory hiring formalities.
2. Manage administrative tasks for temporary and intern staff.
3. Handle administrative correspondence such as employment attestations and contract renewals.
4. Assist in drafting and monitoring workplace accident declarations.
5. Ensure compliance with mandatory postings and provide necessary work materials to employees.
6. Maintain optimal conditions of employee facilities and coordinate necessary interventions.
7. Contribute to the preparation of social dashboards and reports.
8. Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team.
9. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. Higher education (BAC +3/5) in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management
