Cheval Blanc Human Resources and Payroll Intern

- Assist in the administrative management of personnel, including permanent, temporary, and apprentice staff, in accordance with established procedures.
- Create and maintain digital personnel files and update employee records in payroll software.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and annexes.
- Handle mandatory hiring formalities such as DPAE, verification of residence permits, and updating RUP.
- Monitor health insurance and pension plan enrollments.
- Schedule and track medical appointments.
- Oversee transportation service registrations for eligible employees.
- Manage housing logistics, including arrivals, departures, and sublease agreements.
- Track probationary periods.
- Administer the management of temporary staff, including creating administrative files and establishing work contracts.
- Oversee the administrative management of interns, including creating administrative files and establishing internship agreements.
- Handle administrative correspondence related to employment, such as probation renewals, employment certificates, and resignation responses.
- Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of workplace accident reports.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory workplace postings.
- Ensure employees have necessary work equipment, such as uniforms and access cards.
- Maintain optimal conditions in employee areas, coordinating with service managers as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of social dashboards, including tracking workplace accidents and residency permits.
- Uphold the Cheval Blanc Paris Ambassador experience in personnel administration and working conditions.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources colleagues.
- Report any safety or accident risk concerns to management.
- Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management.
- Discretion, practical mindset, and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
- Fluent in French; English proficiency is appreciated.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management.
