1. Contribute to the enhancement of the employer brand and the development of internal communication actions.
2. Participate in the animation of the staff restaurant and ambassador table (screens, themed menus).
3. Create content (photo/video) during internal events.
4. Manage the display boards of the Maison (weekly menu, events, announcements).
5. Develop printed or digital materials used by the Human Resources department for ambassadors.
6. Update and improve existing communication materials (visas, memos, presentations).
7. Design an internal newsletter to communicate all HR actions.
8. Coordinate the decorative arrangement of common areas to highlight the employer brand and ambassador recognition.
9. Assist the Training and Ambassador Life Officer in various internal communication missions.
10. Act as a liaison with the LVMH HM headquarters for the dissemination of content on ambassador social networks.
11. Propose ideas for internal communication while adhering to the guidelines set by the Cheval Blanc Collection.

1. Student in Bac +3 to Bac +5, in business school, communication, marketing, or HR, with a strong interest in the hospitality sector.

1. Excellent writing skills and creative mindset.
2. Interest in digital media and proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, etc.).
3. Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
4. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Good listening skills and interpersonal ease.
