Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration using ADP software in compliance with current procedures and laws.
- Verify employee personal documentation.
- Create forms related to hiring processes and regulatory application.
- Communicate payroll variables for each employee.
- Verify monthly payslips.
- Approve and input changes related to employee schedules, overtime, and leave in the system.
- Create and support personnel administration management projects.
- Develop processes to facilitate employee onboarding and hiring.
- Organize and manage mandatory activities such as medical visits and health and safety training.
- Analyze and create job descriptions for all company staff.
- Assign accommodations for staff and seek housing solutions for eligible employees.
- Create and monitor internal regulations for company housing occupants.
- Organize and manage staff training with support from the Corporate Office.
- Create and manage staff events to foster a positive work environment.
- Support the development of Cheval Blanc's quality standards.
- Assist in recruiting activities.
- Participate in specific projects as required by the HR Director.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management (Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or specialized training).
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous HR experience in the hospitality industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor law.
