Cheval Blanc HR Administration Specialist

- Manage personnel administration using the ADP system in compliance with current procedures and labor laws.
- Verify employee documentation and ensure the creation of necessary forms related to hiring and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate payroll variables for each employee and verify monthly payslips.
- Approve and input changes related to employee schedules, overtime, and leave in the Time Management system.
- Develop and support personnel administration management projects.
- Facilitate onboarding and hiring processes.
- Organize and manage mandatory activities such as medical examinations and health and safety training.
- Analyze and create job descriptions for all company staff.
- Assign housing for eligible personnel and create internal regulations for company housing.
- Organize and manage staff training with support from the Cheval Blanc Corporate Office.
- Create and manage staff events to foster a harmonious work environment.
- Support the development of Cheval Blanc's quality standards.
- Assist in recruitment activities.
- Participate in specific projects as requested by the HR Director.
- Higher education in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management (Bachelor's, Master's, or specialized training).
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous HR experience in the hospitality sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor law.

- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar HR position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
