HR Administration Specialist

1. Manage personnel administration using ADP software in compliance with current procedures and laws.
2. Verify employee personal documentation.
3. Create forms related to hiring processes and regulatory application.
4. Communicate payroll variables for each employee.
5. Verify monthly payslips.
6. Approve and input changes related to employee schedules, overtime, and leave in the system.
7. Create and support personnel administration management projects.
8. Develop processes to facilitate employee onboarding and hiring.
9. Organize and manage mandatory activities such as medical visits and health and safety training.
10. Analyze and create job descriptions for all company staff.
11. Assign accommodations for staff and seek housing solutions for eligible employees.
12. Create and monitor internal regulations for company housing occupants.
13. Organize and manage staff training with support from the Corporate Office.
14. Create and manage staff events to foster a positive work environment.
15. Support the development of Cheval Blanc's quality standards.
16. Assist in recruiting activities.
17. Participate in specific projects as required by the HR Director.

1. Higher education in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management (Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or specialized training).
2. Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position.
3. Previous HR experience in the hospitality industry.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of labor law.
