1. Coordinate service operations in collaboration with the head housekeeper and floor supervisors.
2. Organize and oversee the work of housekeeping teams, including training and development.
3. Ensure guest preferences are meticulously attended to, enhancing their stay.
4. Maintain the ambiance and atmosphere of the property to the highest standards.
5. Create and execute a signature bath ritual to elevate guest experiences.
6. Manage guest wardrobe care at the start and end of their stay.
7. Collaborate closely with valets, chambermaids, porters, laundry service, and reception.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.

4. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the luxury hospitality sector is required.
